Send an email to support@hopkin.ai with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and remove your data.
Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe. You will receive a confirmation email when your account and data have been permanently removed.
